Workshops across the shire in May and June will provide an opportunity for Committee of Management volunteers to improve their skills and identify any opportunities for improvement at their facility.
East Gippsland Shire Council, which arranged the workshops, supports 77 volunteer Committees of Management which oversee a range of community facilities including community halls, sporting grounds, recreation reserves and indoor recreation facilities.
